Ingredients: oatmeal 80%, sugar, strawberry 4%, salt.

Nutritional values per 100g: Energy value 1881kJ/450kcal, Fat 6,74 g, including saturated fatty acids 0,9 g, Carbohydrates 75,3 g, including sugars 26 g, Fiber 16,3 g, Protein 14,1 g, Salt 0,16 g. 

Preparation instructions: open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour water inside the bag up to point on printed scale F (350 ml) and stir carefully. Ready for consuming.
